So new game. Know something of Cubase and seen the video so here goes. Doesn't of course since floor of studio is ankle-deep in Coke tine and sweet wrappers. Part of what I do is to encourage children to make music and then try to hammer it into shape.
A. children's timing (these kids are 11 or 12) is not so great.
B. Children's pitch is sometimes OK
C. Children are seduced by interesting sounds, usually inappropriate.....wistful songs about sad events in their lives do not always need power chords and raucous synth.
D. Will Pro Tools produce better tracks than Cubase. Nous verrons
