How to Trim end off 2 Tracks 2 Months, 1 Week ago	Karma: 0
I'm trying to trim the end off my Drums Tracks.I have them on two tracks.I use selector tool and then go to edit Trim Region.The only thing is when I use selector tool it highlights all the tracks in my session.How do you select just 1 or 2 tracks to trim off the end.Thanks

It sounds like you have the "All" group activated. You need to disable that group. There is a double arrow ( << or >> ) in the edit window very near the bottom left corner which will show the groups and allow you to disable the "All" group. The other possible problem may be that you are selecting the time range in the time ruler instead of in the edit window (on the audio region).

You also may find it easier to use the Trim Tool to drag the end of your region back to where you want it. It saves you the extra step of going up to the menus.

theres also another cheeky little shortcut to trim regions to where the ruler sits. In keyboard focus mode (the abc at the top of the edit window) hit 'A' to trim the start of the region to the ruler, or 'S' to trim the end of the region to the ruler.
