Does anyone know how to best EQ and Compress the Bass Guitar to make it sound studio like in Pro Tools?

I have a raw sounding bass without EQ and compression on my song right now. I want to compress it so that it sounds punchy and flowing and full like on most albums.

Any ideas with the general plugins in Pro Tools?
