hi,
Is there a way of importing audio between sessions without sampling-i.e cut and paste?if so how would I get around having to shut down 1 session to open the other?

Yes, you can use "Import Session Data" or you could go to the workspace browser find the file and drag it into the current session.

Hi,
thanks for the quick reply-I tried doing what you suggested but I get told that I can´t import the audio file I want as it `is not a Pr tools session or an OMFI file´ yet it deffinately is a Pro tools session.

Any thoughts ?

You tried using "Import Session Data" when you got that response?

Can you open the PT session that you say is giving you problems in the import session data dialog?
