I just upgraded to LE 7.4.2 Leopard and have a new Macbook with 4GB RAM.

2 problems.... as the track is recording it keeps freezing momentarily then playing again. When i play back the freezes are there. I feel it is to do with the elastic time function.

secondly, i keep getting the message CPU overload , switch elastic time to render mode or disable elastic time. When i try to do that it is already showing as disabled.

It is frustrating because I just upgraded the computer and RAM and never had this problem on my old computer. How do i permanently disable ealstic time?
