24 25 grid 3 Months, 1 Week ago

Hello All,
Just wondered if someone could put me at ease. I'm working on a 24fps film (Quicktimes are at 24fps etc) my session setup was all set to 24fps and the grid locked perfectly with the burnt it T/C on my picture.
Now I'm mixing the timecode setting has changed to 25 so that everything locks, which in turn has put my grid out of sync with my laid FX. Start and end pips see to be in the right place and everything seems to be ok, I'm just worried that I'm running out of sync and don't want to wait until the print to find out !!
Any help I'd be very grateful!!

I'm not sure I understand your question/problem. You have a session set to 24fps. Why has the TC changed to 25? Why aren't you mixing using the TC that you edited the project in, 24 fps?

Thanks for responding....
My feet and frames and timecode rates we're both set to 24fps in the session set up to track lay to and to give me a solid grid locking to my picture. Now I'm in the mix the t/c has been changed to 25fps so that everything in the theatre can be run together with timecode, the desk, projector, outboard gear etc. The picture on screen is running with a added frame every second to sync with the 25 fps code its receiving. My hope is that because film speed is at 24fps, when the print arrives everything will still match.
Hope that makes sense...!!?? Too many late nights over the protools on this job!
