Of course! They are just files, so you can save them to a disc just like any other file.

The biggest concern would be the size of the files. Depending on how long your church service was, you may have some BIG audio files. If you can fit the entire session folder onto one disc or DVD, then great! But if you have to split it up over multiple discs, just be sure to pay attention to the folder structure and put everything back into it's correct spot when you reassemble the session on your home computer's hard drive.

The other facet of your question seems to be Windows/Mac session compatibility.

On older versions of Pro Tools, when you first created a session, there would be a check box for "Enforce Mac/PC Compatibility". So if you see that, make sure it is checked. On Pro Tools versions 7 and up, all sessions are automatically Mac/PC compatible, so going from one platform to the other should be no problem (though you might have different plug-ins installed on the two machines, so keep that in mind).
