Hello Everyone,

I have a problem and require assistance.

I am operating on a Mac OS X platform, version 10.4.10, and using Pro Tools LE 7.3.

Problem: Whenever I record enable a track, new or old; I receive a static signal, although I have attempted to re-route the I/O configurations I still have not been able to solve the problem. I have tried to record over the signal, the static is overwhelming, and the vocal ( I am recording a vocal track ) is lost and smothered beneath the static.

Question: Can someone provide input/assistance in this matter?

Can you tell us what audio interface you are using?
