You need to wade through Chapter 26 of PT User guide on Elastic Audio

I would suggest melodyne, but pitch n' time, and auto-tune are also popular pitch plug-ins and will yield the best results. Included with Pro Tools is a pitch plug-in which will also adjust pitch without altering the time (much). This plug-in will work, but will not give you as clean a result as the first 3 mentioned.
Most of the Elastic Audio plug-ins are meant to time stretch and compress the audio without affecting the pitch, and the varispeed option which will affect pitch, will slow down or speed up the audio so that wont work for you either.
