Best way to import tracks from all band members! 2 Months, 2 Weeks ago

OK - here is my question.
Each band member records their individual instument tracks seperatly at their own locations. I will first lay down my drum tracks and then give them that. They will record, for example, the guitar track - add plugins.. and then send it back to me.
What is the best way to do this... session files, wav files?
Thanks

If you are asking how to bring it all together after each person has recorded their parts, the answer is "Import Session Data".

Yes that is what I am asking. I haven't tried this yet, but so this will add to not over write?
Thanks

If you don't want to overwrite you don't have to it is an option though, you open your session, then choose "import session data" then you select the file you want to bring tracks in from, then the import screen pops up and allows you to select options. I use HD which gives you more options than LE does. I don't want to start talking about specific options as they might not be available for you on LE (and I am totally unaware of how this works on m-pwrd).
