So surely there is an undo button in Protools 7.4 for mac, right?

Also, you can set the levels of undo in the preferences.

Of course there is. Just like on the mac, it is the same as the undo in all other programs, Ctrl-Z (pc), or just Z if you're in keyboard focus mode.
