oooo-kay

Create a New Audio Track (mono).
Set the Input to whatever input you've plugged your guitar into.
On an Insert, select Amplitube Le
Make sure to Record Enable your track.
Within Amplitube, you should be able to engage the tuner by making sure the little switch is set to "on".

Thank you Tommy!I think it's the mono thing that confuses me. Maybe you can also tell me why it only works in mono. Thanks Again.

Well, you guitar is a single sound source, therefore it produces a mono signal. So the track you are recording your guitar's signal onto should be a mono track.

Now, it's been a few years since I've used Amplitube LE, but I believe when you are inserting it on a mono track, you should see both Amplitube Le (mono) and Amplitube Le (mono/stereo) in your RTAS plug-in list. The one marked "(mono/stereo)" will let you take your mono input (your guitar) and output a stereo effected sound from the plug-in, while the "(mono)" version leaves the output in mono. So choose which one you use based on the sound you are looking for.
