This is a history test for you PTLE users...
I've used PTLE since v5.3.1 on an OO1. The DigiOO1 is upgraded to V6.4cs9 where it will stay [duh].
My DigiOO2 and MBOX are licensed for v7.0. From there I sorta dropped off the scene and didn't keep up with the software development any more.
So the question is:
What upgrades am I entitled to without having to pay the upgrade fee?

Ghee... where'd all that stuff come from?

You will have to pay an upgrade fee I'm afraid (unless you bought your mbox after an update has been released, then you will be entitled to it for free). Information can be found via your log-in at digidesign - it will say something along of the lines of PT7.xx Amnesty update. Info on paid updates can be found here:

Interestingly enough, if you update to 7.4 now then you get a free upgrade to Pro Tools 8 when its released.

7.1 was a free upgrade due to some needed fixes but after that you'll have to pay.
